The room size is very generous. The bed is comfortable and warm and it felt great to snuggle up with my partner. The towels are soft and fluffy and the toiletries provide a lovely fragrance. The key location was perfect for our romantic escape. It is quiet with little noise from the outside. the room service staff was very friendly and the food was delivered promptly.
We both agree that our experience at this hotel was a letdown. The room was not cleaned properly and we found hairs on the floor.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The hotel was sparkling clean, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They had the option to have breakfast delivered to our room, which was perfect for a relaxing morning in bed. the hotel had a fantastic location, with easy access to local shopping centers and restaurants. The on-site gym was well-equipped and perfect for a quick workout before heading out for the day. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The pool was under maintenance during our visit, which was a disappointment.
